Tetra Plantamin is a monthly universal fertilizer designed to promote healthy plant growth in aquariums. When used according to the instructions, it should not harm the fish in the aquarium. However, it is important to dose the fertilizer carefully and not exceed the recommended amount, as over-fertilization can lead to an imbalance in the aquarium's ecosystem and potentially harm the fish. It is also important to monitor the water parameters and the health of the fish after using the fertilizer to ensure that it is not causing any negative effects. **
