Dealing with a phase of upheaval can be challenging, but there are some strategies that can help. First, it's important to acknowledge and accept the emotions that come with upheaval, such as fear, uncertainty, and stress. Finding healthy ways to cope with these emotions, such as through exercise, meditation, or talking to a trusted friend or therapist, can be beneficial. It's also helpful to focus on what can be controlled and take small, manageable steps to address those things. Finally, seeking support from others and maintaining a positive mindset can help navigate through the phase of upheaval. **

These actions were seen as a way for the people to break free from their communist past and embrace democracy and capitalism. **
