To avoid wide hips and a wide pelvis, one can focus on maintaining a healthy weight through a balanced diet and regular exercise. Incorporating strength training exercises that target the hips, thighs, and glutes can help to tone and sculpt the muscles in this area. Additionally, avoiding excessive weight gain during pregnancy and maintaining good posture can also help prevent the pelvis from widening. It's important to remember that genetics play a significant role in body shape, so it's essential to embrace and love your body regardless of its natural shape. **

During peak seasons or when there are special events, I may work additional hours to ensure everything is well-maintained and looking its best. **

Then, measure the widest part of your foot to see if it is wider than average. Another way to tell if your feet are wide is by trying on shoes labeled as wide or extra wide to see if they provide a more comfortable fit. If you consistently find that regular width shoes feel tight or uncomfortable, you may have wide feet. **
