Whether someone is considered a neighbor or a stranger often depends on the level of familiarity and interaction between individuals. A neighbor is typically someone who lives nearby and with whom there is a sense of community and connection. On the other hand, a stranger is someone who is not known or familiar to us. Building relationships and engaging with those around us can help turn strangers into neighbors, fostering a sense of belonging and community. **

Wishing someone good health is a universal way of showing empathy and care for others, and it can help create a positive and friendly interaction between strangers. **
