During a student internship in landscaping and gardening, you would typically assist with various tasks such as planting, weeding, watering, and pruning plants. You may also help with landscape design, installation of hardscape features, and maintenance of outdoor spaces. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to learn about soil preparation, pest control, and proper use of gardening tools and equipment. Overall, the internship provides hands-on experience in all aspects of landscaping and gardening, allowing you to gain valuable skills and knowledge in the field. **

I work approximately 40 hours a week in landscaping and gardening. This includes both regular maintenance tasks as well as larger projects such as planting, mulching, and hardscaping. During peak seasons or when there are special events, I may work additional hours to ensure everything is well-maintained and looking its best. **

A colleague is someone you work with in a professional setting, while a friend is someone you have a personal connection with. It is possible for a colleague to become a friend over time, but initially, the relationship is based on work. Colleagues may share common goals and work towards a common purpose, while friends may provide emotional support and companionship. It's important to maintain a professional boundary with colleagues while also fostering positive relationships with them. **

It is difficult to determine if your colleague is jealous without more context or specific behaviors to consider. Look for signs such as passive-aggressive behavior, competitiveness, or negative comments about your achievements. It may also be helpful to have an open and honest conversation with your colleague to address any potential feelings of jealousy and work towards a positive and supportive relationship. **

It would be helpful if you could provide more context or specific information about your colleague in order to give a more accurate answer. Are you asking about their well-being, work performance, or something else? Please provide more details so I can assist you better. **

I'm sorry, but I cannot provide information about someone's sexual orientation as it is private and personal information. It is important to respect people's privacy and not make assumptions about their sexual orientation without their consent. If you have any concerns or questions about how to support a colleague who may be LGBTQ+, it is best to approach the topic with sensitivity and respect for their privacy. **

It is subjective to determine if a colleague is strange as perceptions vary from person to person. It would be helpful to provide specific behaviors or characteristics that are considered strange in order to make a more accurate assessment. It is important to approach the situation with an open mind and consider if the colleague's behavior is simply different or if it is causing any harm or discomfort in the workplace. **

It is not appropriate to label someone as "weird" based on their behavior or characteristics. Everyone is unique and may have different ways of expressing themselves. It is important to approach others with an open mind and respect their individuality. If there are specific concerns about a colleague's behavior, it may be helpful to address them directly and respectfully. **
