Jet lag is a temporary sleep disorder that occurs when a person travels across multiple time zones, disrupting their body's internal clock. This disruption can lead to symptoms such as fatigue, insomnia, difficulty concentrating, and digestive issues. Jet lag occurs because the body's natural circadian rhythms, which regulate sleep-wake cycles, are thrown off by the rapid change in time zones. It typically takes a few days for the body to adjust to the new time zone and for symptoms of jet lag to subside. **

I work approximately 40 hours a week in landscaping and gardening. This includes both regular maintenance tasks as well as larger projects such as planting, mulching, and hardscaping. During peak seasons or when there are special events, I may work additional hours to ensure everything is well-maintained and looking its best. **
